Deposit is non-refundable.  A 4% (min.$4) processing fee will be added to all orders.  We do not offer delivery. All orders must be picked up during our business hours.  

*Please allow us at least two business days to respond to your inquiry.  Inquiries submitted on Friday may not get seen until the following Monday.* 

For any orders: No cancellations, no refunds.

For school / daycare class orders, we can include ingredients list.

We DO NOT use beef/pork gelatin or lard in our kitchen.

We do offer nut-free and gluten-free options. However, please keep in mind that our kitchen is not nut or gluten free. 

If you have a cake decoration in mind, please let us know. We will do our best to accommodate, or offer similar suggestions. Basic piping decoration for traditional cakes, color preference for mousse cakes, and writing is included in cake price.
